Muay Thai Adult Class
This is a 60 minute class that is vital for those new to Muay Thai, and great for those looking to solidify their fundamental skills. This fast pace class will challenge students of all levels by teaching and reinforcing the 8 limbs of Muay Thai (punches, kicks, elbows, and knees). The class will also emphasize the conditioning necessary to excel in this sport, as well as the proper pad holding skills. All new students are strongly encouraged to attend this class before trying the Open class, and intermediate students should attend this class regularly to hone their skills and solidify their technique.
Ramp-up Beginners' Class
These classes are for anyone wanting to experience a great workout, however new beginners are strongly urged to first attend the Muay Thai Fundamentals class. Open classes reinforce fundamental skills and build upon them to develop technique and increase dexterity with Thai kickpads and focus mitts.
Youth Muay Thai
The youth program is for children and young adults, ages 8 to 16 years old. The interactive classes encourage team work and the importance of an active lifestyle. The children and young adults will develop confidence, improve concentration, balance and coordination while learning self defense.
