In our Teen Muay Thai Boxing program, the oldest group mimics the adults’ class the most. Under close supervision of the instructors, they practice attack/defense maneuvers. They hone their skills and develop strength, speed, and accuracy while performing drills on the punching bag and kicking pads.
Important life lessons through self-control and self-discipline can be found through the practice of Muay Thai Boxing while providing a productive outlet of physical fitness and fun. Safety is emphasized and meaningful practice is encouraged. They will be taught fundamental Muay Thai skills that will enable them to transition easily into the adult classes. They will also have the option to compete once they reach the appropriate age and maturity.
